Store Policies

All books are shipped via USPS Media Mail with tracking information. We ship books that are in stock within 48 hours of payment, Monday through Saturday.

Returns: Store credit is issued for eligible returns received within 14 days of delivery. Face coverings are non-returnable. B2plz also offers Gift Certificates printed on illustrated cardstock.

European Union (EU) Customers:

If you reside in the European Union (EU), you may have additional consumer rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws. If your purchase qualifies for the statutory right of withdrawal, you generally have 14 days from the date you receive your order to submit a cancellation request without providing a reason. You may submit your request using the Order Cancellation form available on our website or by contacting us directly. We will promptly acknowledge receipt of your request and process eligible cancellations and refunds in accordance with applicable law. Certain products may not qualify for the statutory right of withdrawal where exceptions permitted by law apply.
