Canaveral Press, all octavo sized w/full dust jackets. Black and white illustrations by various artists and all 5 vols. have frontispieces w/bright/tight interiors. Both The Moon Men and The Monster Men were illustrated by Mahlon Blaine who in the early 1960s produced many of the ERB Canaveral Press illustrations. Pirates of Venus has mapped endpapers and was illustrated by J. Allen St. John an illustrator of many ERB novels. Escape on Venus also has mapped endpapers and ERB's son, John C. Burroughs illustrations. The dust jacket for Escape has minimal stains near the spine and smaller ones on the spine. The Cave Girl is illustrated by Roy Krenkel who drew illustrations for several science fiction magazines although he trained as a cartoonist.
Canaveral Press was a New York–based publisher of fantasy, science fiction, active from the early 1960s through the mid-1970s. 4 out of 5 titles in Near Fine condition and Escape on Venus is in Very Good condition.
