Headlights of American History. No. 2. Lincoln by by Rev. A.M. Bullock
Hardbound pocket size,First Edition is in Very Good condition. Small area of the gilded circle on cover is rubbed resulting in black mark. Illustrations of maps and portraits abound. One of the loveliest early 20th century Lincoln titles of all -- also one of the few that can claim to be early automotive inspired, the front cover headlight a clear nod to the then-new horseless carriage. The first title in this "Headlights" series was devoted to George Washington, and it's possible that no further titles appeared.
